The staff was helpful, kind, and warm. The room was wonderful, with a soft bed and good overall appointments. The location was close to downtown and key museums, and there was nice local food nearby.

I liked the fact that it is modern and nicely designed, and well equipped. The apartments were new, so everything was in good condition. The location is a little secluded, so it is not so noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved staying here very much.

Breakfast service was a little slow. And it would be better if they could provide iron and board for each apartment.

Lack of English of staff was a major problem. When you orded breakfast it comes 20 minutes after you having to chase it. There is a swimming pool but not on the grounds of the hotel, you need to walk around the block,

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. it was very well furnished and appointed. It is close to all main attractions in HCMC and threr are many and varied plces to eat nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful ans spoke good english. The breakfast was quite good - recommend the Vietnamese rather than western food. Although not the cheapest place still represents good value when compared to equuvalent hotels.It is very quiet.

Is tucked away in a small lane and doesnt have very interesting view but this not a major issue for us

Loved the spacious and cozy room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel had a great location; close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with a variety of options to choose from.

The WiFi was not very strong and kept cutting out, which made it difficult to plan our day. The noise from nearby construction work woke us up early in the morning, which was a bit of a nuisance.

Quiet location off the street and friendliness of staff

Beautiful Room and Friendly Staff We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. the room was simply stunning, with elegant decor and modern amenities. We loved the comfortable bed and the cozy atmosphere created by the soft lighting. the staff was also incredibly friendly, always eager to help us with anything we needed. We appreciated the fact that they gave us great suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions, and even arranged a taxi for us. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to some key museums and interesting places to visit.

Few Amenities the only downside we found was that the hotel lacked some amenities that we would have liked, such as a swimming pool or spa. this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Place is not so easy to find.

Nice room, spacious, near new, staff went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable, offered an umbrella when it looked like it was going to rain. Prompt response to every request.

The pool was too far away which is no real surprise as there didn't apear to be much room in and around the residence. Also the breakfast could have been a bit better.

The location was perfect as it was close to the city center and walking distance from many attractions. Even though it was on a quiet street behind a big building, it was easy to find after the first time. This local area was great, and I enjoyed staying somewhere less touristy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
